Retired Air Force and a proud UT graduate, Gary Qualle opened Qualle Investments in 1980. He retired from daily operations but still enjoys investing in real estate and advising others on how to create wealth through real estate investments. Gary’s other pastimes are dabbling in the stock market and watching sports – especially UT Longhorn sporting events.

JP (Jon Paul) Rodriguez began his real estate career in 1997 with Qualle Investments. He likes being the solutions guy for clients as well as managing and mentoring the sales agents. In addition to helping clients buy, sell, and invest, JP specializes in valuing income and expense streams for foreclosure property acquisitions and commercial deals. JP has a knack for both dealing with people and running the numbers – before getting into real estate, he worked in state government for a decade. He is a graduate of Tarleton State University, where he majored in Business, played football and met his wife, Liz. JP volunteered as a student mentor for Communities in Schools for over 25 years. A native Austinite, he enjoys cycling throughout the city in his free time and watching his son act and sing in theatre productions at the University of Miami.
