GARY QUALLE
Broker/Owner

Retired Air Force and a proud UT graduate, Gary Qualle opened Qualle Investments in 1980. He manages daily operations of brokerage and enjoys both investing in real estate as well as advising others on how to create wealth through real estate investments. Gary likes spending his free time golfing, gambling, dabbling in the stock market, and watching all sports – especially UT Longhorn sporting events.

JP RODRIGUEZ

JP (Jon Paul) Rodriguez began his real estate career in 1997 with Qualle Investments. He likes being the solutions guy for clients as well as  managing and mentoring the sales agents. JP specializes in valuing income and expense streams for foreclosure property acquisitions and commercial deals. JP has a knack for both dealing with people and running the numbers – before getting into real estate, he worked for the State Comptroller for a decade. He is a graduate of Tarleton State University, where he majored in Business, played football and met his wife, Liz. JP volunteered as a student mentor for Communities in Schools for over 25 years and continues to support the organization. A native Austinite, he enjoys cycling throughout the city in his free time and watching his son act and sing in theatre productions at Westwood High School.

DIANA OCHOA

Diana has 15 years of real estate experience, preceded by many years of banking and sales work that has made her a master at handling the details of real estate transactions. Both a buyers and sellers agent, she especially enjoys assisting first time homebuyers. Diana is also involved in property management, sales and leasing. In her free time, she can be found spending time with her many close and extended family members in Austin.

Vicki specializes in providing real estate services for clients and prospective investors in the South Texas Coastal Bend area. She enjoys research and project management of investment properties, along with viewing acreage and ranch lands for clients. Before beginning her real estate career in March 2016, she spent 11 years as a Petroleum Landman, conducting research for oil and gas companies, real estate attorneys and individual clients to determine mineral and land ownership. Her hobbies include fishing, bird hunting with her Labrador Retriever, cooking, reading and listening to live music.

Ruben is the newest member of the Qualle Investments team. He enjoys helping people achieve their goals by building relationships, and he brings an operational proficiency and a people-first focus to this new role. Ruben has worked in healthcare for 20 years, becoming an expert in contracted billing, revenue cycles, and furthering employee growth. A native Austinite, and a Spanish-speaking millennial, Ruben knows the Austin metro area well and is plugged in to its expansion and changes. Ruben and his wife are the proud parents of 4 kids. In his spare time, Ruben enjoys playing golf, disc golf, smoking BBQ, and watching sports – especially the UT Longhorns.
